A Contract Documentation Assessment & Report - approx. 3 - 5 Business Days from when we receive all relevant contract documentation given to you by your Builder *(UNSIGNED).

A Handover (Completion Stage) Report

Approx. 3-7 Business Days, the same criteria as above however an onsite inspection needs to be carried out first.
